Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 3lbs fresh brussel sprouts
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 3 T. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ground pepper
Recipe
- Pre-heat oven to 415F.
- Begin cutting your brussel sprouts in halves and place into large bowl.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and ground pepper to bowl, then mix.
- Once each brussel sprout has been evenly coated, place brussel sprouts on baking sheet and spread evenly.
- After oven has reaches a temperature of 415F, place sheet inside.
- Let cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Once done, take out of oven, and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Add balsamic vinegar over brussel sprouts.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and ground pepper (both optional), and enjoy!
