Easy Nourish Bowl

Ingredients
- 5 oz chicken breast
- 1 c sweet potatoes
- 1 c potatoes
- 1 c broccoli
- 1/4 c chopped romaine
Optional:
- Garlic salt - to your liking
- Pepper - to your liking
- Your favorite shredded cheese
- Your favorite dressing
- Fresh jalapeño
- Corn chips
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Prepare the chicken however you please! I like to season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes or until interval temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While chicken is cooking, wash and chop your sweet potato, potato, and broccoli.
- Lay veggies on a baking sheet coated with non stick spray. Season with garlic salt and pepper and bake for 25-30 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of bake if you’d like a little more crisp on the potatoes.
- Wash, dry and chop ¼ cup of lettuce and set at the bottom of a medium sized bowl.
- Once chicken and veggies are cooked, add to bowl of lettuce.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
