Ingredients

Fish Taco Ingredients: 

  • 8-12 small corn tortillas (hard or soft) 
  • 2lbs tilapia 
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes 
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tbsp olive olive oil 

Toppings: 

  • 1/2 small purple cabbage 
  • 1-2 avocados 
  • 2 roma tomatoes 
  • 1/2c diced red onion 
  • 1 bunch cilantro 
  • 1 lime 
    Recipe
    1. Combine seasonings in small bowl then pour over fish. Drizzle fish with olive oil and place in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Broil for 3-5 minutes for crispy edges.
    2. Choose your toppings and load into your choice of of shells.
