Fish Tacos

Ingredients
Fish Taco Ingredients:
- 8-12 small corn tortillas (hard or soft)
- 2lbs tilapia
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive olive oil
Toppings:
- 1/2 small purple cabbage
- 1-2 avocados
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1/2c diced red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 lime
- Combine seasonings in small bowl then pour over fish. Drizzle fish with olive oil and place in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Broil for 3-5 minutes for crispy edges.
- Choose your toppings and load into your choice of of shells.
