Set a 2 minute timer. Complete the first two exercises, then hold a plank until the 2:00 is up. Rest 15 seconds, then start it again. 3 rounds of:
- Hanging Knees to Chest x 12
- Incline Same-Side Mountain Climbers x 20 (total)
- Elbow Plank x time leftover
